YEIDA has launched a new residential Plots Scheme in Aug 2023. The details for this scheme is as below:

These plots are located in Sector 16, 17 & 20.
Scheme starts: 8th of Aug 2023 Last date/ Scheme closes: 1st Sep 2022 Date of Draw: 18th Oct 2023 Allotment Price: Rs. 24600/-- per sq meter Circle Rate in these Sectors at the time of draw was Rs. 24600- per sq meter (Aug 23) Resale Price in these Sectors at the moment for Registered Plots: (Aug’ 2023) 60 meter Rs. 70000/- per sq meter onwards 90 meter Rs. 70000/- per sq meter onwards 120 meter (Rs. 70000/- per sq meter onwards 162 meter Rs. 70000/- per sq meter onwards 200 meter Rs. 70000/- per sq meter onwards 300 meter Rs. 55000/- per sq meter onwards 500 meter Rs. 60000/- per sq meter onwards 1000 meter Rs. 50000/- per sq meter onwards 2000 meter Rs. 45000/- per sq meter onwards

Scheme RPS 07/2023 FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions by our clients:) What is allotment rate in Scheme? Answer: Allotment rate in new Scheme RPS 07/2023 is Rs. 25900/- per sq meter - Pradeep
Can we Resale the plot after the draw? Answer: These Plots can’t be transferred before registry thus can’t be resale immediately after the draw as registration of plots is mandatory. Once registry is done, these can be transferred and allottee can resale these. - Pradeep
Can both Husband and wife can apply? Answer: Yes, Both Husband and wife can apply but only one plot will be allotted either to husband or wife, one has to surrender if both gets plots in draw - Pradeep
Can any person who was allotted a plot can apply? Answer: No, if a person was named in any of the YEIDA draw then he/ she cannot apply in this scheme neither his/ her spouse can apply. Though his brother, father, major son or daughter can apply. - Pradeep
Can any person apply who hold a plot already or who purchased a plot in resale can apply? Answer: Yes, if any person who haven’t allotted any property in YEIDA draw previously but he/ she has purchased in resale, he/ she can apply. - Pradeep

If we apply in a draw, when we will get our earnest money back if not allotted a plot? Answer: We have seen in past 3-4 years that everyone get his/ her money back within 2 to 3 months though in broucher it is mentioned that the maximum time is 1 year - Pradeep
Which payment plan is best to apply? Why? Answer: Anyone should apply in Payment Plan 1 (Down Payment) only, we strongly recommend it. In past several years we have seen that the applicants in Down Payment Plan are coming more than number of plots in draw, thus applications of other payment plans are not considered. - Pradeep
What is allotment Price/ Rate? What is lease rent amount? When to pay lease rent? Answer: Allotment Rate of the plots is Rs. 25900/- per sq meter. The lease rent will be charged additional 10% of plot price at the time of registry. - Pradeep
What is the best size to apply? Why? Answer: Anyone should apply in bigger size, I recommend to apply in 2000 sqm. If budget is less than 1000 or 500 sqm else go for smaller size. - Pradeep
Can we apply in joint name? Can friends or relatives can apply? Answer: Only immediate family members can apply in joint name like Husban/wife, brother sister, Father Son, Father daughter, Mother son, Mother daughter. Friends or relatives cannot apply. - Pradeep
Are these plots lease hold or freehold? How long is lease? What after lease expiry? Answer: These are lease hold plots and allotted for 90 years of lease. After lease expiry allottee can renew the lease. - Pradeep
What is the construction clause? Is there any time limit to build the house? Answer: There is time limit of 3 years after registry to build the minimum construction on the plot.
Is loan available on these plots? Answer: Yes, loans are available and ICICI bank is facilitating for loan as well as for application filling. Bank finance for applications as well. - Pradeep
