Sector 20 YEIDA Plots (Residential):
[Updated Jan25] YEIDA Residential Plots in Sector 20 were launched in year 2009, These plots were of size 300 sqm, 500 sqm, 1000 sqm, 2000 sqm and 4000 sqm and were launched with the price of Rs. 4750/- per sq meter. The 4000 sqm plots are located in Pocket A where 2000 sqm plots are located in Pocket B. The 1000 sqm plots are located in 3 pockets and these are C, D and E. The 500 sqm plots are located in 5 pockets, these are Q, R, S, T and U. The 300 sqm plots are located in F, G, H, K, L, M, N, O and P. In starting I and J were also part of Sector 20 but these were later shifted in Sector 18. Unregistered plots in Sector 18 & 20 of sizes 300 sqm, 500 sqm, 1000 sqm, 2000 sqm and 4000 sqm (allotted in Year 2009 scheme) are transferrable through proper authority TM (Transfer of Memorandum). The big project plans like Airport construction, Industrial development are under construction and in progress where work in progress for many several projects like film city, metro, high speed train, airport metro, connectivity of Eastern Peripheral with Yamuna Expressway. Keeping all these things in mind, I don’t see any other region better than this. I expect 50% to 100% appreciation in next 2 to 3 years, in next 5 years, it could be 150% and in next 10 years, it could be 300% to 400% - Pradeep Singh
