[Updated Jan25] YEIDA Residential Plots (Also known As Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority Residential Plots) were launched in year 2009 with the rate of Rs. 4750/- per sq meter. These plots were allotted in two Residential Sectors i.e. Sector 18 & 20. The sizes were 300 sqm, 500 sqm, 1000 sqm, 2000 sqm and 4000 sqm. During that time these plots were launched in 3 payment plans or schemes… A) Payment Plan 1 (50% immediate and 50% in installments) B) Payment Plan 2 (30% immediate and 70% in installment) C) Payment Plan 3 (Down Payment)

There are two categories of unregistered plots, one is where offer of possession is received by owner and registry is not yet done, Second is where offer of possession is not yet received and development work is in progress or not started on plot/ pocket or sector. Unregistered plots in Sector 18 & 20 of sizes 300 sqm, 500 sqm, 1000 sqm, 2000 sqm and 4000 sqm (allotted in Year 2009 scheme) are transferrable through proper authority TM (Transfer of Memorandum). YEIDA Authority Plots are premium plots and are best with very low maintenance. The wider roads and big parks and greenery all around make this infrastructure best among other builder’s project. The big project plans like Airport construction, Industrial development are under construction and in progress where work in progress for many several projects like film city, metro, high speed train, airport metro, connectivity of Eastern Peripheral with Yamuna Expressway. Keeping all these things in mind, I don’t see any other region better than this. I expect 50% to 100% appreciation in next 2 to 3 years, in next 5 years, it could be 150% and in next 10 years, it could be 300% to 400% - Pradeep Singh
